Lake Forest - Briar's Cove Homeowner's Association

The Lake Forest/Briar's Cove Homeowner's Association supports the Lake Forest and Briar's Cove neighborhoods in Flower Mound, Texas.

The HOA exists to provide collective community services for these neighborhoods. We maintain the appearance of the entryways as well as the landscaping for all common areas within the neighborhoods that are not maintained by the town. The Lake Forest/Briar's Cove HOA also plays a vital role in expressing and protecting our collective interests by keeping active at Flower Mound town hall.

If you live in Lake Forest or Briar's Cove and you aren't a member of the HOA, please consider joining. The dues are $60 per year, which is by far the best HOA value in Flower Mound!! Contact one of the officers for more information about joining.

WARNING!!

We have seen an increase in property crimes committed in our area this Summer.
The offenses include many car break-ins, car theft, and other types of theft from garages and yards. Please keep your
vehicles locked when parked, and preferably park your cars in your garage. Keep your garage door closed
when you are not in the immediate vicinity.
It only takes a second
for someone to steal valuable items from
your garage.
Or worse, it would only take a second for someone to gain access to your home
through the garage. Police have reported garage doors being opened by remotes left
in cars. Some newer garage door opener units have a switch that will deactivate remote operation. Don't make it easy for the criminals!!

Our HOA is offering a $100 REWARD
for information leading to an arrest of the person or persons responsible for the thefts or vandalism. Informants will remain confidential. Contact the Flower Mound Police Department if you have information.
